Shipping policy

Processing Time
In-stock items (replacement horses, bobbers, hats, and accessories) ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom and personalized orders (Yeti tumblers, cribbage boards, board games, brag boards, and engraved items) are made to order. After you place your order, we email you a mockup to approve. Your order ships within 3–5 business days after you approve the mockup. During busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that happens.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
We ship within the United States.
- Standard: $6.00 flat rate, arrives 3–4 business days after shipping
- Express: $15.00 flat rate, arrives 1–2 business days after shipping

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our shop: 4289 Leroy Ln, New Prague, MN 56071. Choose "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at paul@tisdeldesignworks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right.
